Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days with the exception of orders placed on the weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been placed you will receive and email confirmation once your order has been shipped. We will email you your tracking information.

Due to the handmade/custom service we DO NOT accept returns unless there is an error in the custom design or if something is received damaged.

All returned items must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase provided. You must first email Krw@keemadeit.store with the problem within 14 days of purchase.
